By using LoveYouLocal.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy, Shipping and Returns & Refunds policies.
All prices are in U.S. dollars. Applicable sales tax and shipping are calculated and shown before you pay. We may refuse or cancel an order (with a full refund) in cases such as pricing errors, suspected fraud or items being out of stock.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By submitting payment, you confirm you're authorized to use the payment method.
Coupons are subject to their stated terms, including dates, limits and eligible products. Unless stated otherwise, coupons can't be combined, have no cash value and may be withdrawn if obtained or used improperly.
Recurring Coffee Club subscriptions are also governed by the Coffee Club Terms.
Some community partners earn a commission when you buy through their link, storefront or code. This never changes the price you pay. See our Affiliate Disclosure.
The Love You Local name, logo, photos and content belong to Love You Local or its licensors and may not be used without permission.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.
